Amir is a 25-year veteran of networking and security industries and a successful entrepreneur. Amir began his career in 1996 at Sprint Corporation where he implemented the first Inter-provider IP multicast network in the industry. Amir joined Juniper Networks in 1999, and for 10 years he embarked on various leadership technical roles. At Juniper, he was instrumental in the deployment of Juniper products into numerous large service provider and enterprise networks. Amir founded Cypress Government Solutions with a focus on providing consulting services to government organizations in the areas of IP / MPLS design, network security and cloud transformation. Amir has dual Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and a MBA with focus in finance from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Mateo has over 20 years of experience defining and executing strategies that optimize organization effectiveness & enable sustainable growth. Prior to joining Cypress Government Solutions, he held leadership positions at top-tier consulting and financial services companies including Accenture, Booz Allen, and Fannie Mae. Mateo has expertise in multiple industries, including Financial Services, Public Service, and Technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tulane University and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. Mateo’s certifications include AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP).
Scott brings 30+ years of technology and leadership experience to Cypress Government Solutions. Scott is highly experienced and successful at aligning technical sales with business goals, while building partnership and trust with cross-functional leaders and ICs. He enjoys being a Player/Coach, maintaining expertise in technologies and architectures along with leadership skills. His career has provided depth and breadth of experience to lead organizations with a wide variety of roles: CTOs, Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, Systems Engineers, Account Executives, Product Managers, Marketers, Program Managers, and other job functions.
Doug brings three decades of network, security, and compute expertise to Cypress Government Solutions. As a self-branded "Security-minded Network Engineer," His tenure includes time at key vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Gigamon, and others where he supported pre- and post-sales engineering engagements for clients in the CLEC, CIV, DOD, and IC verticals. His technology expertise includes MPLS, IPv6, 5G, and Network Management/Automation and finding creative ways to do more with less.
